Dr. Grant's extensive experience as a Nurse Manager at an advanced wound care center has given her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by patients that require regular wound care. This experience exposed a need for a more patient-centered approach: one that values accessibility without compromising the quality of care.

Our mobile outreach clinic meets that need and serves wound care patients around the Coastal Region of Eastern North Carolina only. Telehealth visits and online scheduling are not available for wound care treatment. Appointments are scheduled by calling (252) 999-3799.
